一般条款及使用细则
General Terms and Operating Conditions

1. 贵公司所有进口及出口之重柜均需缴付港口保安费。
   The Port Security Charges are applied to all laden import and export containers of your shipments.
2. 一路通有限公司会按该月在各码头处理进出口重柜之纪录，以月结形式结算 贵公司应缴付的港口保安费用。
   OnePort Limited issues invoice for Port Security Charge on a monthly basis in accordance to the laden import and export containers handled at Kwai Tsing terminals for your shipments during that month.
3. 葵青五个货柜码头授权一路通有限公司提供代为徵收港口保安费的服务。
   The five Kwai Tsing terminal operators have authorized OnePort Limited to collect Port Security Charges on their behalf.
4. 一路通有限公司保留在葵青各别货柜码头的指示下，按其指示调整港口保安费的收费及改变每月结算形式的权利。
   OnePort Limited reserves the rights to adjust Port Security Charges and to make changes to the monthly collection scheme when instructed by any of the five Kwai Tsing terminal operators.
5. 本服务登记客户有责任在使用本服务(通过电子代用券或货柜申报方式)后，缴付相关码头徵收的港口保安费，该付金额以入闸时相关码头公告的金额为准。
   Any user of this service shall be bound to pay the port charge charges implemented by relevant container terminals upon using this service (via electronic coupons or container nomination method). The port security charge ought to be paid is subject to the amount published by the respective terminals at the time of gate-in.
6. 港口保安费目前的价目如下 (更新至2015年12月7日)。
   The current pricing scheme is as follows (last updated on 7^th Dec 2015).

1. 预先申报编号之货柜，如申报之货柜编号在三十天内尚未经码头作进出口处理，其申报均会被自动取消。
   The record of the electronic nominated container number will be automatically cancelled if the respective container is not handled at the terminal within 30 days.
2. 如货主使用申报柜号的方法缴费，货主必须在其货柜于码头处理前一小时，预先申报柜号，以确保码头有足够时间，接收及处理资料。
   If you choose to nominate a container number in advance (instead of using e-coupons), you need to do so at least ONE HOUR before coming to the terminal to ensure sufficient time for the terminals to process your nomination.
3. 如货主使用申报柜号的方法缴费，货主必须在其货柜于码头处理前一小时，预先申报柜号，以确保码头有足够时间，接收及处理资料。
   If you choose to nominate a container number in advance (instead of using e-coupons), you need to do so at least ONE HOUR before coming to the terminal to ensure sufficient time for the terminals to process your nomination.
4. 如同一货柜發现有申报柜号及电子代用券的双重记录，一路通有限公司会以申报柜号方法作结算。而该电子代用券，将不会计算在月结单内。
   In case of an e-coupon being applied to a container that is pre-nominated, we will settle the Port Security Charge through nomination. We will not charge you on that e-Coupon on the monthly invoice.
5. 月结单必须即时缴付。
   Payment is due upon presentment of the monthly invoice.

备註：如有需要，本公司对以上条款，会作适当补充或更改。
Remarks: OnePort Limited may make changes to the above Terms whenever it deems necessary, without notice.
